An independent family-run restaurant based in Mile End, established in 2010, Greedy Cow was born. We’ve spent the last 10 years fine-tuning our menu, décor and vibe to ensure you feel like you’re treating yourself to something special. This is why we’re often described as one of London’s best kept secrets (Time Out magazine).

Handcrafted, homely, hearty... but never heavy on the wallet. We specialise in the art of burgers and steaks, we source the very best sustainable ingredients. We create innovative dishes inspired from our travels around the world. Our aim is to introduce the high quality food we love and in turn, we anticipate your return to Greedy Cow time and time again.

While our meat is 100% British and sustainably and ethically farmed, our recipes are sourced from much further-flung locations. Extensive travels across Europe, Asia and the Middle East have inspired many of our dishes. From Japanese Wagyu beef and Jamaican buttermilk chicken to our signature dish of lamb chops infused in a spice blend, we fuse the traditional with the international in surprising and always mouth-watering ways.
